ChairService is an online marketplace for seating. We bring together independent chair makers and sellers in one catalogue, so homeowners, offices, restaurants, schools and hospitals can compare options and speak to the right vendor directly.
Why we built ChairService
Buying chairs — especially more than a few — usually means visiting showrooms, collecting catalogues and chasing quotes. Prices are rarely comparable, and it can be hard to know who actually makes a chair or how to reach them.
We wanted one place where buyers can see many vendors’ chairs side by side, understand what they are buying, and then talk directly to the vendor about price, delivery and custom requirements. For vendors, ChairService is a way to be found by buyers who are actively looking for seating.
How it works

Browse the catalogue
Explore office, dining, lounge, gaming, outdoor and commercial seating listed by independent vendors, with photos, materials, dimensions and specifications.

Unlock a vendor
Pay a small one-time fee through Razorpay to see that vendor’s prices and phone number. One unlock covers every product they list.

Talk to the maker directly
Call or WhatsApp the vendor to confirm the final price, delivery, warranty and any customisation — no middleman in the conversation.

Vetted vendors
Every vendor applies with business details and is reviewed by our team before their listings go live. Listings are reviewed too.
Direct relationships
We don’t take orders or hold your money for products. You agree the purchase with the vendor, so you get answers from the people who make or stock the chair.
Serious enquiries
The small unlock fee keeps vendors’ numbers away from spam and bots, so vendors know the people calling them are genuinely interested.
