Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of ChairService at www.chairservices.com. By using the site you agree to them.

1. The marketplace

ChairService is a marketplace where independent vendors list seating products and buyers can contact them directly. ChairService does not sell, ship or invoice the products listed; any purchase is agreed between you and the vendor.

2. Prices and vendor contact

Product prices and vendors’ phone numbers are hidden until you unlock the vendor. To unlock a vendor you pay a small one-time fee, shown before you pay, through Razorpay. One unlock reveals that vendor’s phone number and the prices of all their products listed on ChairService. It is remembered on the device you used and, if you are signed in, on your account.

The fee is for access to the vendor’s contact details and listed prices only. It is not a payment towards any product. If you are charged but the details are not shown, contact us and we will put it right.

3. Buying from vendors

Prices are provided by vendors and may change; confirm the final price, availability, delivery, warranty and returns with the vendor before you buy. Your agreement with a vendor is between you and that vendor, and ChairService is not a party to it.

4. Using vendor contact details

Use a vendor’s contact details only to ask about or buy their products. Do not use them for spam, harassment or unrelated marketing.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or present a security risk.

6. Vendor terms

Vendors must provide accurate business information, including a mobile number that is shown to buyers who unlock them, obtain approval before listing, describe products and prices truthfully, keep listings up to date and respond to buyers in good faith. Listings may be reviewed, rejected or removed.

7. Liability

ChairService provides the marketplace as a way to find and contact vendors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for vendors’ products, prices or conduct, or for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the site changes. The current version is always published on this page.
